We offer store credit or exchanges only within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

Items are unworn and in original condition

All original tags are attached

A receipt or gift receipt is presented

Store credit must be used at the original purchase location

All online orders must be picked up at JBEES Oakland Mall. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a second notification.

To pick up your order, you must bring:

Your order confirmation/receipt (from your email)

A valid government-issued photo ID

The name on the ID must match the name on the order. Orders will only be released once this information is verified to ensure security.

All online orders are paid in-store at the time of pickup. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and a second notification when your order is ready.

Payment must be completed at JBEES Oakland Mall during pickup using an accepted payment method. Orders will not be released until payment is made.
